K11 Artus Hotel Hong Kong

We loved our 3-day stay at this hotel. The 2-bedroom apartment was cozy, spacious, and had a fine harbour view from the huge balcony. The location was very convenient, with the shopping mall just a 5-minute walk away. The staff, especially Amici Sharon, Lavina, and Joanna, were helpful and accommodating, fulfilling all our requests and even decorating the apartment for our anniversary celebration. We highly recommend this hotel to family and friends and can't wait for another staycation here.

The room was spacious with a great view. Staff was helpful and provided a thoughtful birthday surprise. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping areas and the beach. The overall experience was enjoyable and memorable.

Our exclusive suite had a spectacular view of the harbor and was equipped with top, of, the, line amenities. the decor in the common areas was stunning, and the restaurant served delicious food with special diet menus available upon request. the private facilities were exceptional, providing ultimate relaxation.

We experienced a minor issue during check, in as it was slow and our suite wasn't ready until later than the stated time. Nonetheless, the staff offered us a complimentary drink and placed us in another room temporarily.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were pleased with the luxurious amenities. We had access to a private fitness room, and the outdoor swimming pool area with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. they provided a special diet menu for our needs. the location was convenient for shopping and we enjoyed the beautiful promenade.

The only minor issue we had was with the noise level in the mall below the venue. We found the music to be too loud and overpowering, making it difficult to enjoy the surroundings.

The spacious and well-appointed room reminded me of a cozy apartment with a fine view of the Hong Kong skyline. I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern amenities, including a kitchenette and a washing/dryer combo. The lounge and dining area added a touch of luxury to my stay. Despite a minor inconvenience of a leaking ceiling on the first night, the staff, especially Duty Manager Patricia, were quick to respond and ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The fitness center, with its great selection of machines and amazing view, was a highlight. The location in the bustling area of Tsim Sha Tsui was perfect, with easy access to the adjacent shopping center. I had a fantastic experience at K11 Artus and would highly recommend it.

The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to answer our questions. The room was spacious and had a large balcony with a beautiful view. We loved the attention to detail and the stylish finishes throughout the hotel. The breakfast offered a good balance of options, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes.

The size of the bedrooms, which felt more like cramped ship cabins. There was very little space between the bed and the wall, making it uncomfortable to move around.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the K11 mall, offering access to a variety of shops and restaurants. Guests can easily grab a quick bite at the nearby K11 Musea restaurants, which also provide takeaway service. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay.

There were issues with the lights in the room, as they couldn't be switched off, which could be inconvenient when trying to sleep.
